We ship nationwide in the USA. Returns Wilson Protective Services LLC – Return & Refund Policy Effective Date: December 31st, 2026. Applies To: All product sales and installations conducted by Wilson Protective Services LLC. 1.All Sales Are Final • Unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase, all sales are final. • Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not permitted once products have been delivered, installed, or used. Some Exemptions may apply. 2.Defective Products • Products are inspected and tested prior to sale. • If a product is found to be defective at the time of sale, Wilson Protective Services LLC will, at its sole discretion: • Repair the product, or • Replace the product with an equivalent item. **ORIGINAL MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS** of Replacement item delivery. If the item is not returned or return tracking conformation is not sent by the set time we may proceed with legal remedies. • Claims of defect must be reported within 30 days of purchase. • Products that have been used, installed, or subjected to wear and tear beyond normal operation are not considered defective. 3.Warranty Disclaimer • Unless expressly stated in writing, no warranties (express or implied) are provided, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. • Customers accept products “as is” once delivered and/or installed. • Any manufacturer warranty (if applicable) is the sole responsibility of the manufacturer. 4.Installation Services • Installation services are performed professionally and to industry standards. • Once installation is complete and accepted by the customer, no refunds or credits will be issued for labor or service fees. • Wilson Protective Services LLC is not liable for damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications after installation. 5.Chargebacks & Disputes • Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for products or services that were delivered, installed, and accepted. • Wilson Protective Services LLC reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks. 6.Limitation of Liability • Wilson Protective Services LLC shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use, installation, or failure of products. • Liability is strictly limited to the original purchase price of the product or service, and only in cases where a valid defect claim is established under Section 2. 7.Use of Products for Illegal Activities • Wilson Protective Services LLC sells emergency lighting products strictly for lawful and authorized use. • Any use of our products in violation of federal, state, or local laws — including but not limited to impersonating law enforcement, unauthorized vehicle modifications, or other unlawful activities — is strictly prohibited. • Wilson Protective Services LLC assumes no liability whatsoever for damages, penalties, injuries, or legal consequences arising from the misuse of our products in illegal activities. • Customers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations when purchasing, installing, and using our products. 8.Policy Disclosure • This policy is clearly posted at the point of sale, on invoices, and on our website in compliance with Michigan law. • By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.
